We're creating the best preschools and nurseries in the world - places that ignite a child's imagination and creativity. Places where children have fun, and get a head start in school at the same time.
We're obsessed with school design. In the Reggio Emilia approach to early years education, the environment is considered the 'third teacher.' Our pedagogy, likewise, places a heavy emphasis on learning environments. To that end, we're creating some of the most engaging, interactive and pedagogically sound early learning centres for children anywhere.
We operate over 20 schools in five countries. All our schools are linked in a global community, sharing best practices and new methods of teaching across cultures. Our students, too, regularly interact with their peers in different parts of the world!
Sharing teaching and learning best practices, use of resources and operational best practices across boundaries ensures that we're always improving, and always delivering the best education to our children and the highest service to our parents
All our schools use our proprietary Kïdo Early Years (EY) curriculum. The advanced program ensures that children are ready for primary school in any curriculum framework. So far, children from our schools have moved to, and excelled in primary schools running the British National Curriculum, IB, Common Core, Hong Kong local and Indian local curricula.
We incorporate local languages into our curriculum everywhere, and language programs are then implemented in other countries as well. Our Mandarin program in Hong Kong, for example, is used for Mandarin in London and Dubai. This ensures that our children get the highest quality language curricula no matter where they may be.
A school is only as good as the quality of its people - the teachers and the school management. We spend a lot of time and resources recruiting, on-boarding, training and developing our people. Our continuing aim is to be the number one employer in our industry at all times. We're breaking norms for our industry in the way we take care of our people - from benefits, to continuous development, and most importantly, in developing a sense of ownership and mission for each one of our staff members.
We're creating systems that substantially reduce the time teachers and other staff spend on administrative tasks, all so that they can focus on doing what they do best - ensure that each child gets the greatest opportunity to develop to their potential.
